RCM obtains the ECA Certificate

RCM is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the ECA Certificate - provided under an initiative launched by the British Government to improve the 'Green' credentials of industrial cleaning equipment.

ECA (Enhanced Capital Allowance) establishes the environmental credentials of various systems in the industrial cleaning range, making them easier to purchase thanks to tax incentives.

Products which exceed the criteria set out under the scheme, may be registered on the Water Technology List and carry a badge of environmental efficiency.

The criteria are:

Walk behind scrubber drier - Internal and external maintenance/cleaning: water consumption = 60 m_/l

Ride-on scrubber drier - internal and external maintenance/cleaning at a speed of 1.84m/s: water consumption = 60 m_/l

Euromec Contracts of Market Harborough, the RCM dealer for the UK, has obtained the relevant certification (authorised user no. 01734) on the following RCM scrubber driers which use the Aqua Saver System:

Mega I - all versions
Mega II - all versions
Elan - all versions
Metro - all versions
