OCS acquires majority stake in Integris management Services

OCS, the international facilities services provider, has acquired a majority stake in Integris Management Services, a leading provider of maintenance and FM Services in Ireland.

OCS employs over 1500 people in Ireland providing a range of property support and aviation services.

Speaking of the acquisition, Cecil Ryan, Regional Managing Director OCS Europe, said: "This is great news for everyone at OCS and is an important strategic move for our business in Ireland. It will allow us to provide a complete range of services to the clients of both companies as we innovate to meet their needs."

James Buckley, Managing Director of Integris, said: "Joining OCS will enable Integris to grow the Total Facility Management Solution demanded by progressive clients. In particular, our lean maintenance approach developed by US Company LAI Reliability Systems will be exclusively available to OCS clients in Ireland and the UK. This solution can provide maintenance efficiency savings in excess of 40% for a typical manufacturing facility."

LAI Reliability Systems has a number of global agreements with leading manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies.

James Buckley and Brian Frahill will join OCS as directors to develop the FM Division of the Group.
