ISSA and BSCAI explore opportunities in China

* John-Barrett.jpgAs part of its mission to change the way the world views cleaning, ISSA is partnering with the Building Service Contractors Association International to strengthen ties with the Chinese cleaning industry.

As part of this commitment, ISSA executive director John Barrett and BSCAI President Paul Greenland, CBSE, recently met with several organisations in China to explore opportunities and forge stronger partnerships.

"The Chinese market for real estate is one of the most exciting on the planet," says John. "The scope and scale of the cleaning industry are equally impressive."

Recent efforts include discussions with high-level executives of the Beijing Cleaning Service Association and Modern Property Management magazine. John was also the keynote speaker at the China Clean Forum 2015, held November 18th.

ISSA, which currently has offices in Shanghai, China, and BSCAI, will continue efforts to collaborate with the Chinese cleaning industry to deliver the highest international standards and certification throughout the country.

"ISSA is proud of its long history of doing business in China," says John. "With over 100 of the leading Chinese cleaning companies and manufacturers as members, ISSA is committed to the Value of Clean, and in particular, to distinguishing those member companies who represent the very best of what China has to offer."

`Paul Greenland adds: "BSCAI is thrilled to have the opportunity to expand its international reach and forge new partnerships in an effort to offer world-class education, best practices, and a community of building service contractors that Chinese cleaning companies can turn to as an invaluable resource."
