KitchCleanse celebrates 12 years in business

A recognised Knowsley-based cleaning provider is celebrating its 12 year anniversary this month. Established in April 2003 by director Mike Brougham, KitchCleanse is renowned across the UK for providing specialist services including full kitchen, extraction, duct work and oven deep cleaning and maintenance to meet and excel legally enforced hygiene regulations.

With more than 100 local and national clients ranging from the hospitality, industrial and public sectors, KitchCleanse has continued to secure custom from big names such as Booker, Michelin, Royal Albert Hall and the Home Retail Group.

"Having worked in a range of roles across the hospitality and food and beverage sectors ever since a young age, I felt that I had gained the knowledge and expertise needed to start up my own cleaning company," explains Mike.

"It seems like only yesterday that I took the plunge to set up KitchCleanse and looking back it makes me realise just how much the team and I have accomplished over the past decade or so. Every day we are faced with new and exciting challenges which allow us to broaden our skillset and develop as a team.

"We are proud to currently hold a 97% client retainer rate due to our quality of service and holistic approach to business. With this in mind we believe that our success comes from understanding our customers and providing services that are tailored specifically to them. In doing so we are able to certify current hygiene standards to ensure clean, safe work environments - be it in hotels and restaurants or schools and care homes."

With national clients stretching as far Glasgow and Devon, Mike and the team of 10 are currently exploring the possibilities of opening a London-based office to help further their customer reach.

"We are working towards a strong future for KitchCleanse," adds Mike. "As company expansion and growth is on the cards, we may soon require additional staff members and possibly a second location due to our national client proximity.
