Grosvenor Services extends premium retail cleaning expertise with Bicester Village

Bicester Village, one of the Collection of nine Chic Outlet Shopping Villages in Europe, has selected specialist premium retail cleaning contractor, Grosvenor Services to provide the high standard of care required for this popular, luxury shopping destination.

More than 130 spacious boutiques within Bicester Village, set in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, showcase the world's leading fashion and lifestyle brands.

Grosvenor Services, which specialises in cleaning, facilities management and security in the UK and Ireland, will be responsible for cleaning the entire Village, which welcomes over six million visitors annually. The contract has been awarded for an initial period of three years and involves cleaning and waste management services for more than 130 retailers at the outlet.

The Collection of Chic Outlet Shopping Villages, created and operated by Value Retail, is defined by luxury brands, charming open-air 'village' settings, superior service and a warm and welcoming experience. Grosvenor Services is already responsible for the daily cleaning of another of the Chic Outlet Shopping Villages, Kildare Village in Ireland, where it provides exceptionally high cleaning standards since winning the contract in 2006.
