ISSA names new chairman and UK representative for European Council
ISSA, the world's leading association for the cleaning and sanitary services industry, has announced the appointments of Andrew Dunning of Numatic International as Chairman of the ISSA European Council and Paul Kelly from Rubbermaid Commercial Products (RCP) as the UK representative on the Council. Both will serve in their respective positions from 2014 - 2016.
Andrew Dunning steps up having been Vice Chairman of the ISSA European Council for the past two years. His current role as UK Distributor Manager at Numatic, together with his previous position as Numatic's Business Development Manager, have given him wide experience of understanding and solving the critical issues facing all those involved in the cleaning industry. Prior to entering the world of cleaning, Andrew was Regional Group Fleet Sales Manager for Peugeot.
Currently Commercial Director, UK & Ireland for RCP, Paul Kelly joins the ISSA European Council having spent the past five years developing the RCP brand within UK and Ireland and managing all areas of the business. Under his leadership, RCP has grown strongly through working closely with its core distributor partners and also providing innovative product solutions to end users mainly within the facilities management and food service industries.
"I am delighted to be working alongside Andrew as the European Chairman and to welcome Paul on board," says ISSA Director of EMEA Services Keith Baker. "Being Chairman will allow Andrew to more fully contribute to ISSA's strategic direction and activities in EMEA and will also help me to strengthen and grow the many existing and future partnerships we have in the region.
"Paul brings with him a wealth of commercial knowledge and experience that further strengthens the ISSA European Council - plus an in-depth understanding of the end user/distributor/manufacturer relationship which will be invaluable to the Association as we change the way the world views cleaning."
