Inaugural Ausclean Pulire draws international crowd
A partnership with global organisation Pulire enhanced Ausclean PULIRE 2013?s international flavour both on the exhibition floor and in workshops and seminars, reports Inclean magazine.
Sponsored by Hako Australia, the event, held earlier this month, attracted some 1,000 end-user and distributor industry executives.
"The dedicated cleaning & hygiene event concept worked very well and we had positive feedback from exhibitors as well as the many seminar and workshop delegates," stated Interpoint managing director Simon Cooper. "An industry lives and dies on training and education and Ausclean Pulire 2013 delivered them in spades."
Pulire chief executive Toni D'Andrea, agrees, saying: "I believe this inaugural Ausclean Pulire sets the platform for further growth in terms of exhibitors and visitors.
"It delivered one of the highest quality conference programmes I have experienced."

As with previous Auscleans, organisations including WoolSafe, Individual Cleaners Association Australia & New Zealand (ICAN), Jena-Dyco, the Building Service Contractors' Association of Australia (BSCAA), and the Specialised Cleaning and Restoration Industry Association (SCRIA) conducted their own workshops and meetings, while the Professional Housekeepers Association of New South Wales (PHAN) also arrange for members to travel as a group to the event.
On the supply side many executives made the trek down under to Australia's only dedicated cleaning and hygiene industry event.
They included Tacony/Truvox's (UK) Gordon McVean, Matrix Cleaning Systems' (UK) Mike Osiadacz, Tennant Company Japan managing director Kazuki Kishi, Irvine's (NZ) Miles Masters, Aztec's (US) Whit Beverly and James Rigby, Legend Brands' (US) Steven Fane, Caddy Clean's (Sweden) Sven-Erik Carlsson, IPC Ready System's (Italy) Michele Redi, S.P.E. Elettronica Industriale's (Italy) Giorgio Frorni and Elsea's (Italy) Rino Fulvino and Maurizio Calianno.
