PCMC's flexible flow wrapper: success!

Paper Converting Machine Company is excited to announce that the XF1000 wrapper has successfully completed production testing at the Sofidel America facility in Florida (formerly Cellynne Tissue). All speed, changeover and reliability objectives were immediately achieved upon initial testing, and were sustained over a 12 month production test period.

"It is very rewarding to have met all our objectives for the new flexible flow wrappers," enthuses Barry Valentine, PCMC's XF1000 Development Team Leader. "The development team is proud to have redefined continuous flow technology to now include rapid changeover in addition to unmatched speed and reliability."
