Sutter Professional’s shortlisted Connect Training Solution was cheerfully demonstrated to us by Chiara Traverso and it is very easy to understand and use.
Connect enables cleaners to learn their trade remotely, eliminating the need for them to take time away from their work. They can study at their own pace and there’s a fun ‘games’ section which allows them to test their skills and discover whether they really know their stuff! If they get an answer wrong they have to reassess the problem and try again. They can’t continue until they’ve got it right, so the training is pretty thorough.
