Trojan batteries and watering system to equip new Pacific Floorcare auto-scrubber

* Trojan-Pacific.jpgPacific Floorcare has selected Trojan Battery's deep-cycle flooded T-1275 batteries and the HydroLink single-point watering system for use in its new S-20 automatic floor scrubber.

"When designing new equipment, Pacific Floorcare includes only the best components to ensure our machines provide customers with outstanding performance," explains Kyle Strait, vice president of sales & marketing for Pacific Floorcare.

"Pacific Floorcare selected Trojan batteries for the new S-20 automatic floor scrubber after our lab and field testing proved that the T-1275 was the best deep-cycle battery on the market today. Our findings showed that Trojan batteries would provide the best runtime and overall performance our customers expect from Pacific Floorcare products."

Trojan's T-1275 12-volt batteries are engineered with Trojan's advanced battery technologies to provide the power and longevity to maximise floor machine performance, reduce downtime and extend battery life. The T-1275 deep-cycle flooded battery features T2 Technology, which is engineered for sustained capacity and total overall ampere-hours, resulting in more operating power.

"In addition, Pacific Floorcare understands that maintenance and replacement costs are top of mind with our customers, which is why we've paired the Trojan batteries with the company's HydroLink single-point watering system," continues Kyle. "We want to make maintenance simple, safe and foolproof for our customers, and HydroLink enables Pacific Floorcare to achieve that goal."

Trojan Battery's HydroLink single-point watering system simplifies maintenance of the T-1275 batteries that power the S-20 S, 20-inch Auto Scrubber. The T-1275 is a flooded battery which requires periodic watering to ensure the overall health and performance of the battery. Trojan's HydroLink makes battery watering easy and can fill a set of batteries in less than 30 seconds. HydroLink features an independent water level indicator that accurately displays whether a battery needs watering, and automatic valve shut-off to control the electrolyte level within each cell. The watering system also includes dual flame arrestors, important safety features not standard on many other watering systems, which prevent internal sparks from passing through the watering system to neighbouring cells and prevents external sparks from entering Trojan batteries.

"The T-1275 is part of Trojan's extensive line of deep-cycle flooded batteries that provide rugged durability and long life in a variety of ampere hours models including 6-volt, 12-volt and 36-volt," says Dave Godber, executive vice president of sales & marketing for Trojan Battery. "Paired with Trojan's HydroLink single-point watering system, Pacific Floorcare can offer customers an easy-to-use method to water the T-1275 flooded batteries, simplifying maintenance and lowering the operational costs which can arise from frequent battery replacements due to improper maintenance."
