Cooperation announced between Group Eulen and the Dussmann Group
The Madrid-based Eulen group and the Berlin-based Dussmann Group, have signed a an agreement for the joint provision of integrated facilities management services in 35 countries. The partners are both said to be leaders in their home markets for facilities services, reports Reinigungs Markt.
The agreement will enable companies with global activities to organise their facilities management operations in an international master agreement and to benefit from the extra 'muscle' the combined service can offer potential clients. Service coverage extends across Europe, to North and South America and to Asia. Key markets such as Spain, Germany, Italy, USA, Mexico, UAE and China are included.
"Eulen's international coverage complements ours perfectly," says Dirk Brouwers, Chief Executive Officer of the Dussmann Group. "Together, we can offer multi-national companies integrated services from one source in self-delivery and with the same high quality standards. Clients will benefit from optimised administration structures and international standards.
