Next week sees the event that those in the UK cleaning industry have been eagerly awaiting for the past two years - The Cleaning Show, which takes place at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, from 19th through 21st March.
I have to say that the organisers seem to have surpassed themselves this time around, for out of some 160 exhibitors, an incredibly high percentage of those - at 43 companies, just over 25% - are exhibiting at this biennial event for the first time, so there will be plenty of new products to see and new companies and services to discover!
And it won't be all 'me too' products or changes in livery either. We hear that 67 new products have been entered into the Innovation Awards and all of these will be available for show visitors to see. The judges have selected the finalists and the winners will be announced on the first day of the show at 16.15.
Last time around, in 2011, there wasn't a formal seminar programme but this year an interesting schedule of seminars has been arranged for the first two days of the show and the details are below.
Make sure you register today at www.cleaningshow.co.uk to avoid the queues at the door and perhaps more importantly (in these times of austerity) for free parking.
