Genie will reappear in different form
Genie Management Group, the Aylesbury based contractor support company, will be rebranding to OrangeGenie Group and realigning its operational brands to Genie Umbrella, Genie Accountancy and HSE Passport.
OrangeGenie Group has focused on developing its business and brand values based on operational excellence, customer intimacy and product leadership.
"We implemented a new strategic plan 12 months ago moving us from a single product company, PAYE umbrella, to a multi-product company providing the support needs of a broader range market," explains Graham Fisher, Group CEO. "Over the past 12 months we have added an accountancy service and a health & safety passport scheme. We are really excited about the progress we have made and have no intention of moving away from our core brand values."
Despite the rebrand, there will be no change to the corporate structure or group strategy. The focus remains on becoming the UK's leading contractor support group.
