Kärcher UK unveils St Albans centre to power up Greater London support
Kärcher UK has opened a new Kärcher centre in St Albans, Hertfordshire, strategically positioned to support the Greater London area and further accelerate the company's growth across the capital.
The 8,000sq.ft facility reflects Kärcher's ongoing commitment to delivering professional, accessible and fully equipped hubs for its customers. Offering the complete Kärcher proposition, the St Albans site provides free site surveys, free demonstrations, purchase options, lease hire and comprehensive servicing.
A standout feature of the new centre is a focus on customer care, delivered by an expert team with 20+ years' experience in delivering customer care and rapid response. Visitors are welcome to drop in for a coffee and a conversation about their cleaning requirements, supported by a 24-hour turnaround service. From receiving an order to inspecting the machine, charging equipment where required, delivering and providing full training, the team will complete the entire sales and product preparation process within a single day – and, in some cases, within just three hours. Despite increasing demand, Kärcher remains committed to maintaining this exceptional response time for as long as possible.
The launch of the St Albans centre marks a significant milestone in Kärcher's expansion in the South. St Albans' excellent transport links into London and surrounding areas make it a prime location to support key national accounts, whilst also enabling Kärcher to build on its existing Greater London customer base.
