Eliminate unsightly toilets without the scrubbing: British Innovation simplifies toilet cleaning and maintenance

* StepFresh.jpgPortsmouth-based hygiene solutions company, Pure Hold, has launched StepFresh, a revolutionary toilet cleaning accessory that eliminates the need for traditional toilet brushes and transforms the cleaning process. Simple to install and adaptable to various toilet bowl sizes, StepFresh redefines toilet hygiene and convenience.

Positioned discreetly next to the toilet, StepFresh uses a hands-free, foot-operated system that dispenses bleach or toilet cleaner in a 360-degree stream around the entire bowl. With one press, the solution coats the bowl, breaking down stains and marks effortlessly and replacing ineffective rim blocks and unsightly brushes.

"Toilet cleaning is one of the most disliked cleaning tasks, but StepFresh changes that completely," says Matt Roberts, managing director of Pure Hold and inventor of StepFresh. "We've designed a product that's quick, efficient, and makes toilet cleaning effortless. For businesses where toilets are cleaned only once per day, StepFresh offers a way to maintain hygiene standards throughout the day, benefiting all users."

Pure Hold has a strong track record in bringing innovative hygiene products to market… for example, its Purehold PRO - a Government-funded door handle that dispenses sanitising gel as the door is opened – is widely used in food processing plants, hospitals, and other hygiene-sensitive environments.

Matt brought the same expertise to StepFresh's design, seeking a more hygienic alternative to toilet brushes: "Toilet brushes are among the dirtiest items in a washroom and are rarely cleaned. They drip contaminated water, they're unappealing, and most people avoid using them if they can. In business settings, where brushes aren't typically available, toilets can become unsightly and unhygienic as the day progresses.

"That's why I developed StepFresh. It's foot-operated, easy to use and quick, so people don't mind taking a second to press the pedal and keep the toilet clean. It's highly effective, removing stains, limescale and marks without the need for a toilet brush."
StepFresh not only enhances cleanliness but also promotes eco-consciousness. It allows for the dilution of standard toilet cleaners or bleach with water-tested at up to 80% dilution while still achieving sparkling results. This means frequent use won't translate to excessive cleaner or bleach usage, making it both economical and environmentally friendly.

Seeking UK and international distributors…
To bring StepFresh to a wider audience, Pure Hold is seeking partnerships with distributors worldwide who are interested in an innovative, mass-market cleaning product for both commercial and residential customers. “This is a unique opportunity for distributors to lead the market with a never-before-seen solution in toilet cleaning,” says Matt. “Why not explore a game-changing addition to the hygiene industry that will benefit both customers and businesses?”
