BIV Training Prize 2011 goes to Bogdol group of companies

The Hamburg-based Bogdol Group won the building cleaning trade's Training Prize 2011. The award was presented on the final day of CMS during the members' meeting of the Federal Association for the Building Maintenance Trade (BIV).

Klaus Fromm, Chairman of the Public Relations Committee of the BIV, presented the award to the General Managers of Bogdol, Ingo Doehring and Joerg Ehlert.

"We regard the calculated efforts to provide assistance, especially for the children of our employees - 50% of whom were not born in Germany - as our contribution to improving integration as well as a tried and tested means of effectively dealing with the widely deplored shortage of skilled personnel", explained Ingo Doehring as he collected the Award.
