Martin Wilson to help ISS UK & Ireland transform Key Account Network

ISS UK & Ireland has appointed Martin Wilson as managing director of its Key Account Network, which provides a range of facilities management services, including cleaning, maintenance and technical services nationwide - via a team of 3,500 colleagues - to more than 4,000 client sites across the UK and Ireland.

In his new role, Martin will be instrumental in the delivery of the KAN transformation programme, which aims to strengthen the network's product offering, attract new talent, and build its reputation within ISS UK&I, and with its impressive client roster.

Martin joined ISS in February to lead a review of KAN and help the business meet the new challenge of growth in a post-pandemic context. Prior to joining ISS, he held senior property roles in the banking and retail sectors, responsible for global and domestic property portfolios and the full range of FM service lines.

"Our Key Account Network has the potential to transform the way we support our clients and respond to their evolving needs in a fast-paced commercial and operating environment," notes Andrew Wilkinson, the company's chief operations officer for office & production.
