New high performance sweeping attachment: The Sweepertec

* Sweepertec.jpgJuly brings the launch of Brushtec's new high performance forklift sweeping attachment range: The Sweepertec. The 100% British-made, new brush system is designed for sites that only occasionally need to be swept and where the purchase of a dedicated sweeper and operator can not be justified.

The brush module is designed to quickly and simply attach to forklift, tractor and telehandler forks, where the 16 rows of stiff, aggressive, high-quality bristle provide fast and efficient hard surface cleaning of industrial and agricultural debris, in both forward and reverse mode.

The Sweepertec 2000 brush element is claimed to have 45% more bristle than the leading competitor, making it the best performing simple push/pull yard sweeper on the market. Highly durable - with no moving parts to break, it is constructed using a galvanised heavy gauge steel frame.

The hot dip galvanised coating is to protect the attachment from the extremely corrosive organic acids in slurry and farm pesticides and the unit can be used to clear anything from slurry, grit, grain, straw, mud, moss and light snow to general farm cleaning.

The bristle module is easy to change when worn out. Different bristle options are available for both outside aggressive sweeping and lighter in-door sweeping.

Measuring 2m (79") wide x 480mm (19") deep and weighing 95kg, the Sweepertec accepts forks up to 145mm wide. Non-marking HDPE wear edge enables the user to brush close to walls.
