EziTracker now used by 25,000 MITIE staff
MITIE now has more than 25,000 of its staff using the EziTracker remote worker management service across the UK and Ireland. MITIE was one of the earliest adopters of the service in the facilities sector, first using it in 2005.
Within 18 months EziTracker was being used by 8,000 employees across MITIE's cleaning business and uptake has steadily increased to the point where it is now considered a vital component in the contractor's vast reporting programme.
According to EziTracker, there are two key reasons why companies adopt its remote worker management system: the requirement to provide electronic proof of service to their own clients and the need to reduce the colossal task of hundreds or even thousands of remote employees completing paper timesheets every week.

"It is an important part of our control environment, enabling us to drive through operational efficiencies, improve performance levels and continue to deliver outstanding service to our customers. EziTracker is currently working with MITIE to produce sophisticated bespoke real-time reports, providing its facilities managers with live and relevant information in an easy-to-use format that will further improve the services they deliver on client sites.
