TNT Unlimited president wins Thomas W. Valentino Achievement Award

* Vectair-award-ISSA.jpgPresident of TNT Unlimited, Tim Twitchell, has won the prestigious Thomas W. Valentino Achievement Award, presented by Vectair Systems at the annual ISSA/Interclean North America exhibition held this November in Orlando.

Vectair Systems is a global hygiene company operating in over 120 countries. In particular, Vectair Systems is an expert and innovator in odour control and aircare, skincare and hand washing, surface care, feminine hygiene sanitary waste disposal, infant care and products specifically designed for the 'away from home' washroom.

TNT Unlimited represents leading manufacturers (including Vectair Systems) that have been developed to service a wide range of industries, including sanitary.

It was with both huge regret and great sorrow that Vectair Systems announced the death of its North American vice president of sales & marketing, Tom Valentino, in October 2014. Tom died at the age of 51 at home on 25th September 2014 following an 18-month battle against cancer, in the company of his wife Kristie, his twin daughters Lauren and Lindsey and his close family.

Respected and loved by his peers, Tom was instrumental in Vectair's North American success, having been with the company almost since its inception in Memphis in 2007. He was known for his remarkable spirit, positivity and good nature.

As a tribute to Tom, Vectair Systems set up the Thomas W. Valentino Achievement Award, which each year will be presented to an individual who has shown an outstanding contribution and positive impact to Vectair Systems Inc.

Tim Twitchell was announced the winner of the very first award in front of at least 30 friends, colleagues and visitors who attended the Vectair Systems' booth at ISSA Interclean Orlando to see Paul Wonnacott, president, Vectair Systems, present the award along with Joe, Tom's brother and Kristie, Tom's wife.

"Tim was a worthy winner for his continued commitment to Vectair Systems Inc. and his success in representing Vectair in the Midwest region," says Paul Wonnacott. "We would like to say a big 'thank you' to everyone who attended the presentation in honour of Tom and of Tim's success."
