Agaia, Al Daa'ma sign exclusive distribution agreement for Evolve

* agaia-Industries.jpgAgaia, innovator of Evolve, claimed to be the first all natural commercial cleaning and laundry technology capable of outperforming petroleum based cleaners, detergents, degreasers, and disinfectants, announced last week that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Saudi-based Al Daa'ma Corporation.

The agreement builds upon Agaia's global commitment to increase availability of zero-toxicity, environmentally safe cleaning technologies for the B2B market globally.

The multi-year agreement is valued at US$65 million for the sale and distribution of Agaia's Evolve-based industrial & institutional cleaning products to the B2B and B2G markets in Gulf Cooperation Council countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE.

"We are committed to a long-term growth strategy in key markets globally to help move businesses and governments, both large and small, away from toxic, petroleum-based cleaning products to all natural technologies which actually help to restore the environment," promises Mike Linn, CEO of Agaia.

"Our partnership with Al Daa'ma is an important opportunity for us to grow the Evolve brand and establish our presence in this emerging marketplace. With SASO approval of Evolve products in May, shipments into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia began in June 2014. Through its distribution of Evolve products, Al Daa'ma is positioned to become the largest supplier of zero-toxicity, eco-safe cleaning products in the GCC in a very short period of time."

According to Al-Daa'ma CEO, Hassan Almaeena: "Al-Daa'ma, seeks to support the direction of Saudi and Gulf Cooperationist Countries in raising environmental awareness among government institutions and civil societies and moving towards a clean and healthy environment.

"The time has come for decision-makers in all sectors, including major Industrial companies, hospitals, schools, hotels and other sectors, to take initiatives and work together towards a green environment."

Formulated for both retail and industrial use, Evolve's powerful technology captures and breaks down offending soils, grease, grime and even severe odours, without chemical fumes or residues. It is readily biodegradable, nontoxic and both carcinogen and VOC-free. It is manufactured entirely from sustainable, plant-based ingredients and other all natural components and is free from synthetic additives or catalysts.

With the use of Evolve's patented technology, it is no longer necessary for commercial or retail consumers to sacrifice the power of traditional, often toxic cleaners to have a clean, toxic-free environment. Evolve provides the best of both worlds -- superior cleaning and all-natural safety.

Al Daa'ma Corporation is a privately held, Saudi Arabian company, with offices located in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam in Saudi Arabia as well as in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Al Daa'ma's primary business is the import, export and trading in wholesale and retail cleaning products for GCC countries.
