IFM (UK) announces strategic partnership with 1st Fix Machine Solutions
As part of its ongoing commitment to providing affordable first class aftersales support for its widespread customer base, Industrial Floorcare Machines (UK) has announced that it has entered in to a strategic partnership with newly formed 1st Fix Machine Solutions, to provide complete aftersales service and breakdown repairs, supplementing its own in-house engineering resource.
1st Fix Machine Solutions was formed in January 2014 when Roy Cole, Director and Founder, recognised that the cleaning industry would benefit from an independent, reliable and high quality service provider. 1st Fix Machine Solutions is that service company, offering a fast response to customers.
Specialising in strategies to ensure a 1st time fix of machines, its mobile service engineers are trained and equipped to efficiently deliver the best levels of customer service. They will use technology to the full, ensuring effective communication at all stages of the service process. Tablets complete with modern, proven service software, full drawing access and satellite navigation will give them the ability to receive full breakdown details, as well as list exactly what they have done, what parts they have fitted, view manufacturers' drawings and capture a customer signature.
