Ecolab expands pest elimination business into Germany
Ecolab has this week announced that it has acquired AK Kraus & Hiller Schaedlingsbekaempfung, one of Germany's leading commercial pest elimination service providers. Annual sales are approximately US$4 million.
"This transaction expands our footprint in Europe and further positions us as a global leader in commercial pest elimination services, an important component of our commitment to help protect our customers' operations," comments Bobby Mendez, Ecolab executive vice president and president, Global Services & Specialty.
"We welcome our new associates and customers to Ecolab, and look forward to growing with them as we work to make the world cleaner, safer and healthier."
