Cleaning Expo Scotland 2014 "selling well" says organiser

* SECC-Cleaning-Expo-Scotland.jpgMartin Scott, Exhibition Director at Fairweather Events, tells us that the inaugural Cleaning Expo Scotland 2014 show, being held on 3rd and 4th September 2014 at the award winning Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre, is selling well with several "big names" already signed up and solid enquiries from many more.

"The facts speak for themselves - people visit exhibitions to be sold to," argues Martin. "By exhibiting at the only cleaning event in Scotland, you can penetrate new markets. You will meet buyers face to face and network with new and existing clients, build prospect databases and generate sales leads. You can launch and demonstrate new products while promoting your company and brands, obtain feedback and conduct market research. It will help you to position your company as a market leader and should generate media exposure."

The SECC comprises five halls, a 3000 seat auditorium and three on-site hotels. It is a perfect place to host such an important new event for the cleaning industry. A world class exhibition centre in the heart of Scotland, it has 3000 car parking spaces and is less than a mile from the M8 - making it easily accessible by road. Glasgow Airport - which welcomes 55 flights from London airports, alongside more than 100 flights connecting Glasgow to the rest of Europe each day - is less than 15 minutes' drive away and the exhibition centre station is just 400 metres from the SECC entrance, making it easy for exhibitors and visitors to attend - however they intend to travel.

This show will offer a unique opportunity for cleaning equipment manufacturers and suppliers to showcase products and services to the buyers or potential buyers of cleaning-related equipment and services in Scotland. And as it is free for all visitors to attend and the only cleaning show in Scotland, it should attract plenty of visitors, keen to find innovative solutions to their cleaning and hygiene problems.

"Whether you are new to the cleaning industry or have many years of experience, you cannot afford to miss Cleaning Expo Scotland," argues Martin. "Keeping up to date with the latest developments and legislation is essential; visitors will meet potential new suppliers, find new and innovative products and services, make new acquaintances and form new business relationships.
