Exhibitors: expectations exceeded
Questioned about the main objectives of their participation, exhibitors mentioned promoting their company and its image, maintaining existing business relationships and establishing new contacts with specific customer groups - such as members of the building cleaning trade, buyers and retailers. They were also aiming to showcase new products. They say that for the most part these aims were met.
Although signing contracts was not their primary goal, more than 40% of exhibitors had achieved sales before the show ended.
Overall, more than 80% of exhibitors said they were satisfied with the business they had engaged in while at the show. Expectations of follow-up business mirrored this view. For 85% of exhibitors the prospects ranged from "satisfactory" to "very good". Some 92% of exhibitors said that overall they were satisfied with their participation in the fair. Nearly all said they would recommend CMS to other companies and at the time of the survey had already announced that they would take part in the next event.
