Incentive FM's cleaning and security expertise enriches shopping centre portfolio
Having proven itself by providing impressive cleaning and security services to Friars Square Shopping Centre in Aylesbury, Incentive FM has been rewarded with an extended and expanded contract.
Under the terms of the new contract, which was awarded by Jones Lang LaSalle, the commercial property specialist, Incentive FM will expand its remit, which currently involves providing all soft services, to a full TFM model covering all maintenance for the centre.
The decision to extend the relationship with Incentive FM follows a successful 18 months during which time the company provided cleaning and security services throughout the centre. Two members of staff will transfer to Incentive FM under the TUPE regulations who will also implement its Concept Evolution system to provide management information and compliance monitoring.
Friars Square Shopping Centre is the largest in Aylesbury boasting over 60 stores, four food outlets and 400 parking spaces. It has recently unveiled a new £2 million central pavilion which will be home to a number of high profile retailers, opening this Autumn.
