Savills awards Emprise global headquarters contract
Emprise Services, the support services provider that specialises in cleaning and security, has been awarded a dual service contract for global real estate services provider Savills' Margaret Street headquarters, which is close to London's Oxford Street.
Savills has awarded Emprise a three year contract to deliver daily and periodic cleaning, security and concierge services at its new global headquarters for Savills (UK) & Savills. The newly developed 33 Margaret Street building comprises 95,617 sq ft of Grade-A office accommodation across seven floors.
The deal was secured based on the value proposition offered by Emprise. The quality of service and proven track record of success meant that Savills could trust Emprise to deliver a high quality service specification at its global headquarters.

Emprise has a turnover of £90 million and employs circa 8,000 people to deliver a range of integrated support services to clients on a national basis.
Emprise's key cleaning services include: office and daily cleans, periodic and deep cleans, window cleaning, building site cleans, caretaker services, pest control and environmental & waste management services.
The company's clients include: Waitrose, John Lewis, David Lloyd Leisure, Fitness First, The Royal Albert Hall, National Theatre, Ambassador Theatre Group, MTV, Royal Bank of Canada, Man Group, BDO, Derwent London, DTZ, Savills, BNP Paribas, MWB, Herbert Smith, Lambert Smith Hampton, University of Sussex, British Library, De Vere and Hilton Hotels.
