Avica further improves customer service levels

Katie-at-Desk.jpgAvica, the independent southern janitorial and catering supplies company, is increasing its customer service offer at all three centres by increasing stock levels and extending order cut-off time.

The company has extended the weekday order cut off time for next day deliveries from 16.00 to 17.00 and orders over £45 will be delivered free of charge. Avica’s Watford and Tunbridge Wells branches have increased warehouse capacity for greater stock levels and the Northampton facility will be moving into larger premises.

“Cut off time most janitorial supply companies is 14.00 or 15.00 with many orders on two or three day service,” says Jeremy Thorn, Managing Director.

“We have always closed orders at 16.00 but to meet customer needs we have moved to 17.00.  Currently 99% of orders are delivered next day because of our high stock levels and forecasting customer needs.”

All three Avica trade counters will have upgraded facilities for personal callers.
