Tissue World, Barcelona, less than two weeks away
The Tissue World Conference, which will take place less than two weeks from now from March 18th to 21st in Barcelona, Spain, will give tissue makers, converters and suppliers to the tissue making and converting industries the opportunity for meetings, idea exchange and learning. It is a truly global event, with visitors and exhibitors coming from all over the world.
Visiting an exhibition is the most time- and cost-effective way to meet with a wide range of suppliers and see and hear about the latest technologies. But nothing beats seeing equipment operating in a real working environment and this year, Tissue World Barcelona has done something rather special, which will offer you the best of both worlds...
An 'Open House' Live Broadcast will provide the opportunity for attendees to 'virtually' visit a production plant or demonstration line and see exhibitors' machines and equipment being used. The broadband remote connection will allow the visual inspection and demonstration of machines and a two-way dialogue with operators and technicians.
The Live Broadcast will be conducted in a special viewing room on the show floor, which will be fully equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual communications technology. Exhibitors can book the room and create an experience for visitors which is near to that of an actual 'Open House' equipment demonstration, but without the time and cost of travel. Exhibitors can choose between taking full advantage of this technology in a dynamic, real-time demonstration, or by showing recorded video footage of their latest innovations followed by a live Q&A with technicians at their plant and/or in Barcelona.
This new service is being provided free of charge to exhibitors, although the cost of set-up at the remote location needs to be borne by the exhibitor.
The event, which is free to enter, will take place at Fira Barcelona - Gran Via, Hall 1, Spain.
