Aurora Capital acquires DuBois Chemicals

Aurora Capital Group has announced that it has acquired Ohio, US-based DuBois Chemicals - established in 1920 - from The Riverside Company.

DuBois offers a broad range of proven and customised chemicals solutions together with excellent customer service and technical support. Differentiated solutions offered by DuBois reduce downtime, minimise defects, extend equipment life and generate high return on investment for customers in mission-critical applications.

DuBois has an established track record of new product development and innovation with superior in-house research and development and engineering capabilities. It serves customers across a broad array of industries, including: the industrial, transportation, pulp and paper and water markets.
