Hat trick for Cagney Contract Cleaning

Dublin-based Cagney Contract Cleaning scored a hat trick last week at the Irish Contract Cleaning Association's Cleaning Industry Awards, which are held every other year, winning:

* Overall Winner for the Convention Centre Dublin
* Best Cleaned Premises in the Hospitality (Convention Centre Dublin)
* Overall Supervisor of the Year Danius Kincinas (Kraft Ireland)

The company was a finalist in a total of seven categories.

These hard-fought awards are designed to promote continuous improvement within the industry and to recognise the hard work and dedication of the cleaning personnel and the standards set are incredibly high.

"We are delighted to have been recognised by the ICCA and our peers as recipients of the prestigious Overall Winner of the ICCA Award 2012," enthuses the company's Health and Safety & Training Officer Gregory O'Keeffe. "We acknowledge the time and effort of our clients during the evaluation process.

"Cagney Contract Cleaning was founded in 1977 to provide professional cleaning and related services to a wide range of clients. We recognise that in this difficult economic climate, maintaining consistently high standards and delivering excellent value for money is an essential requirement for our clients. The hard work and dedication of our staff ensures that we continue to achieve this.

"These awards are an important benchmark for us to measure the standard of our service delivery. A huge effort goes into our entries all the way from the initial entry documentation through to the actual site visit.
