Speed manufacturing makes for record sales at Greyland

After a short period 'bedding down' in the new 34,000 sq ft factory and warehouse, Greyland are already back to posting record sales figures!

"After several years of successive growth, the business urgently needed to expand capacity," says Greyland Managing Director Richard Dyson.

"Following a short period to allow for settling in while new production, logistics and management routines were established in the vastly superior premises that we now enjoy, we have been able to 'crack on' in the last three months and are now seeing the results with record Q3 sales - less than a year after the move last Christmas.

"Deliveries soon resumed to 4 days, and with interest from new distributors running at an all-time high with many switching over to us, the Summer proved to be far from a wash-out as far as Greyland is concerned.

"I firmly believe that without the dedicated teamwork at every level and in every aspect of operating a highly efficient cleaning chemicals manufacturing facility, we would not have been able to achieve what we have done in such a short space of time. It is thanks to every individual working here that it has been made possible so soon after the potentially massive disruption of physically moving to a new location."

In addition to achieving new business and increased sales, the company has not sat on its laurels and still introduces new products, Foaming Soap in bulk 5L being just the latest to be made available to customers.

"Now that Greyland is back on course with Q3 we are looking forward to breaking this record in Q4!"
