With a fast growing customer base across Europe, KGS Diamond Group has expanded its floor finishing and refurbishment product range even further with a cleverly designed mobile system that polishes and renovates terrazzo; marble; concrete and natural stones with ease.
KGS Rocky is a revolutionary 'all-in-one' system designed with cleaning contractors and facilities managers in mind. It is light and compact, allowing you to transport it between sites - and is incredibly simple to use. It can renovate existing flooring to give it that 'as new' look, so areas around the checkout; replaced tiles or where shelving has been moved, can be brought back to life.
The KGS Rocky has been designed to a very high specification. This system is made up from two components; the KGS Multi-Speed machine and the KGS Rocky tools.
The KGS Multi-Speed machine has a powerful 2.2kg motor, a 65kg head weight and a 200; 400 or 600 rpm multi-speed operation. The multi-speed functionality enables you to set slow rotational speed for smoothing and a high rotational speed for high- gloss polishing. Its 17in. head width helps prevent 'dig in' and the motor is off-set to make it even easier to operate.
The KGS Rocky tools have been developed to perfectly match the machine specifications and offer the perfect balance between machine and diamond tools to smooth and polish terrazzo; natural stone and concrete. Tests have shown that the KGS Rocky tools have an excellent life-span and, as a result, offer low cost performance figures per square metre. Furthermore, it is a dry, fully vacuumed system so there is no slippage or mess.
"KGS Rocky is totally unique to the market," says Jerry Faulkner, Floor Finishing Manager Europe, KGS Diamond. "We are very excited about this product because there has never been such a flexible rotary maintenance system in the flooring sector.
