Numatic International: new machine features powerful two-stage motor

Although we reatured Numatic's new PVT390A commercial trolley vacuum cleaner in Cleanzine last month, we'd never seen the machine in it's flesh, as it were, so took the opportunity to examine it at CMS Berlin.

Export Sales Executive East Europe, Scandianavia and Mediterranean, Paul Hamer, said it had attracted a lot of interest at the show and explained that in making sure it was fit for tough use by the international cleaning market, the quality controllers had 'taken a hammer to it'! It's clearly made of very tough material!

Its main features are a powerful and durable motor with an energy-saving two stage switch offering either 600 or 1,200 Watts output with AutoSave energy conservation, large trolley wheels, a telescopic handle, well designed storage for the suction tube and hose, and a large, swivel-mounted drum.

Other outstanding features are the excellent filtration (HEPA Filter Category H10) and a volume of 15 litres.
