Mega I: RCM's new walk-behind scrubber-drier

RCM's latest machine is part of the company's plan - announced in 2009 - to establish a Global RCM machines, services and innovation offer. High efficiency, robustness and reliability are the cornerstones of the technical features of all RCM machines and these are the main qualities of MEGA I.

This machine is similar in many ways to its older sister MEGA II: 'labyrinth' exit of intake air, which lowers the noise level to 60 dBA... triple protection against access of liquid or foam into the suction engine... a basket to hold all debris so solids will not clog the drain hose... continuous potentiometer which provides a precise drive in every circumstance... a squeegee that dries all the washed track... very solid handles that aren't afraid of shocks and can be used to wire the machine during transport... Aquasaver Detersaver and for optimal management of cleaning solution... controls on a folding dashboard that facilitates maintenance...

Tank capacity is 60 litres of clean solution and 67 of recovered solution. The batteries are 24 V / 118 Ah. There are two models: MEGA I with manual lifting brushes and MEGA I S with power assisted lifting brushes and adjustable pressure. There are seven versions: with a single brush from 50 to 60 cm, two brushes of 55 and 72 cm. and counter-roller of 50 cm. with loading of solid debris.
