Soapbox: What is workforce management and why is it important to the Cleaning Industry?

"Workforce Management is a series of processes designed to help in the management of your staff. These processes are linked to HR, and are largely to do with the people who provide your service. This means your cleaning operatives.

There are many ways to manage these processes but the most efficient way is to utilise a system and there are numerous software systems available to help you.
