ARL wins contract with leading restaurant operator

ARL Window Cleaning Services, part of Incentive FM Group, has secured a major one year deal with Mitchells & Butlers, one of the largest operators of restaurants, pubs and bars in the UK.

Worth in the region of £70,000, it will see the company deliver a range of window cleaning services at 135 buildings across the UK.

Under the terms of the contract, ARL will provide a range of indoor and outdoor window cleaning solutions on both ground and first floor levels. A key challenge of the contract is the varied estate which includes 200-year old buildings and modern spaces with large glass fronts. ARL has created a bespoke service based on the style of each building, where a team of five will provide weekly and quarterly scheduled services to ensure the facilities remain clean.

"We operate a large number of restaurants and pubs across the UK and it is important that they look smart and clean," says Dav Mahil, assistant procurement manager at Mitchells & Butlers. "We were impressed with ARL's cost-saving ideas and high quality service throughout the tender process and are confident they will deliver this contract to an excellent standard."
