TC Facilities Management secures cleaning contract with Whole Foods Market

TC Facilities Management is now playing a part in helping Whole Foods Market satisfy, delight and nourish its customers... The contract being delivered by a team from TCFM, started at the end of January and is providing cleaning services to the eight Whole Foods Market stores in England.

The team from TCFM, led by divisional director Cosmin Tecuta, will ensure that the impeccable standards for which TCFM has become known in other retail settings, will be replicated. This, in turn, will enable Whole Foods Market to meet or exceed customer expectations on every shopping trip, which is one of its core values.

Having been able to demonstrate the ability to be an invaluable member of the team in other cleaning and FM contracts within a variety of sectors, TCFM's proven track record within the retail sector helped the company secure this contract, on a site that houses a number of food retailers.

Coupled with this expertise was the impressive design of a bespoke solution, based on the Whole Foods Market's core values that form the backbone of the company's culture and how it aspires to do business every day.

The contract sees the use of tried-and-tested equipment by TCFM that the contractor knows will deliver the quality and consistent standards that Whole Foods Market requires.
