Chewing gum problem? Battery powered, dry steam unit now comes in compact version

* GB-Compact.jpgFollowing the overwhelming interest in and success of the world's first battery powered dry steam unit for gum removal; the GB1, the specialist gum busting brand known as GumBusters, (part of OspreyDeepclean) tells us it is excited to be launching a new compact version of the same technology - appropriately named the GB Compact.

Officially launched at the Interclean exhibition in Amsterdam last month, this compact unit is already generating huge amounts of interest from a multitude of sectors.

"The response to our battery technology has been overwhelming," says Thomas Stuecken, chairman of OspreyDeepclean. "Since we first introduced the GB1 back in early 2015, the demand for battery power has been phenomenal.

"As the first company to invest in battery technology, we will continue to be innovative with our GB Compact and beyond."

The technology inside the GB Compact is based on the larger GB1 machine, but it only uses a single 12 volt battery. GumBusters' specialist gum chemical is premixed with tap water and added to the water tank before use and the machine is ready to go to work.

The compact nature of the unit means it is ideal for use in multi-level environments. The machine is mounted upon four robust caster wheels and the tooling storage is integral to the machine meaning everything you need for busting gum is easily transportable to wherever it is needed.

As with the GB1, the Compact is cordless and is virtually silent during operation, meaning there is no noise disturbance and it can easily be used in populated public areas.

"With its simplistic controls the GB Compact really is the smallest, most cost effective and fit for purpose unit on the market," says Thomas.
