Principle Cleaning's growth leads to head office move

Principle Cleaning has moved to new office premises to cater for the growth of the business. The Golden Services Award winner has relocated its head office staff from Hornsey, North London, into larger, more central offices following recruitment and business expansion.

Founded by Doug Cooke in 1989, the company has expanded significantly and now has a £30 million turnover and 1,500 staff.

Having outgrown its current premises, it needed to relocate and the new premises at Solar House in Stratford, East London, provide modern and well-designed open plan office accommodation, a cafe area and a large training room, to allow for a more efficient and enjoyable work environment.

In an excellent location just 10 minutes from the City by tube, the new offices accommodate the growth of the business and provide an even stronger presence in London, making them well-placed for the company's clients' needs.

Commenting on the move, Doug Cooke, Chief Executive Officer says: "This move to larger premises reflects our strong performance. Our success and growth are due to the determination, expertise and professionalism of our staff. We are excited about the office relocation and the increase in space will enable us to continue to expand even further in the future."

Not only was Principle Cleaning the winner of two of the last Kimberly-Clark Professional Golden Service Awards, but 2014 was a landmark and immensely successful year for the company as it reached a remarkable milestone by celebrating 25 years of success. It has also increased its client base, now cleaning a portfolio of prestigious buildings for a range of clients throughout London.
