Readers who've been with us since our launch more than 10 years ago may well have become fed up with my repetitive calls for the need for every cleaner to be properly trained so that the job in hand can be tackled safely, efficiently and in the most cost-effective manner. A plea earlier this week from one of our readers, (see below under Ask the Experts) shows just the type of thing that can happen when untrained cleaners are let loose on a building. I wonder how much this little error is going to cost to put right?
