Emprise wins Royal Bank of Canada support services contract Emprise Services has been awarded a three year contract with Royal Bank of Canada. The deal with Emprise is for RBC's two smart London offices, Riverbank House and Thames Court, which total over 200,000 sq ft of office space. Emprise will now be responsible for the management and delivery of support services including daily office cleaning, periodic cleans, window cleaning, washroom services and consumables at these premises. Emprise was successful in the tender process because it proposed a compelling offering that focused on quality and proven service delivery contained in a competitive pricing model. David is right to highlight the gold plating of the law creating the Gangmaster's Licencing Authority, as it is clear that the law did not intend to cover the activities of cleaning companies.
